General terms of shipment

• Το κόστος μεταφορικών διαμορφώνεται βάση βάρους ή όγκου προϊόντων. Παρακαλούμε πριν την ολοκλήρωση  της παραγγελίας να υπάρχει τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία του πελάτη με το κατάστημα μας για τον υπολογισμό του κόστους μεταφοράς.
• You will not be charged for any item until to carry out the mission. In the case of an order by way of payment of the deposit to the bank account of vsclima.gr we will begin your order just send us the bank receipt via e-mail at orders@vsclima.gr.
• All deliveries need to be confirmed, real addresses for this because before you can send some goods to a recipient which has not been paid by way of deposit in a bank account, a representative of the vsclima.gr it will communicate over the phone with you. We do not ship to po boxes. For security reasons, all shipments require an authorised signature. If you are unable to sign for your package, please make sure that an adult authorized to sign for the package, you will be present within the stated delivery address.

Important!

If your order is to be delivered in an office building, apartment complex or similar premises, or in public services such as hospitals, hotels, schools, etc., carriers may accept the signature of employees, and a similar management personnel during the delivery. Upon signature or acceptance of such staff, we consider that has fulfilled the whole of the obligation of delivery of your order. This requires prior contact with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been delivered in accordance with these delivery terms.
